Versioned warranty programs
Set coverage by months or hours, machine or powertrain. Every change is a new version with an effective date, so each machine is judged by the terms in force when it was delivered.
Registrations from ship records
Import machines from your ship records. Every row is checked before it's saved (placeholder serials, duplicates, impossible dates), and each unit opens its coverage automatically.
Claims that tell the full story
Complaint, cause and correction, checked against the coverage the machine had on the failure date. Adjusters decide line by line, with reason codes the dealer can see.
Parts returns and campaigns
Track failed parts from the dealer's shelf to your receiving dock, and run service campaigns and recalls machine by machine.
Reimbursement you can trace
Approved claims roll into payout batches. Anything over your limit needs a second approver, and dealers are paid only once their tax ID is verified.
