Equip U, LLC (“Equip U,” “we,” “us”) provides construction-equipment sourcing, rental, and sales services through myequipu.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly when you request access, submit a sourcing request, request a quote, or contact us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and details about the equipment you need. We also collect basic usage and attribution data (e.g., how you reached our site) to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to respond to your requests, source and quote equipment, fulfill and support transactions, send you service-related communications, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

We act as a broker, and we never disclose a buyer’s identity to suppliers (or a supplier’s identity or pricing to buyers) beyond what is necessary to complete your request.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Equip U may send you transactional text messages about your own requests and account — for example, quote-ready alerts, follow-ups on open quotes, sourcing-request confirmations, document and scheduling notifications, and delivery updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

5. Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing support@myequipu.com.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we retain it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
7. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement — including analytics and advertising pixels (such as Meta and Google) that help us understand how visitors reach and use the site.
